Why we built this

Most interview prep is generic — a list of "common questions" with no real feedback. CPS InterviewEdge generates role-specific mock interviews, scores answers using the STAR method, and gives candidates a clear report on what to improve, before they ever sit in front of a real interviewer.

On the employer side, hiring teams can build their own custom interview question sets, send standardised assessments to candidates, post jobs, and review CVs and applications without juggling spreadsheets.
