By creating an account or using CPS InterviewEdge (the "Platform"), operated by CPS Global Limited ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: practicing for interviews, posting and applying to jobs, and related employer/recruiting activity. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
• Upload a CV, photo, or other content that is not yours or that you do not have the right to share.
• Use the Platform to harass, discriminate against, or defraud another user.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Mock interview scores and feedback are generated automatically to support your preparation. They are not a guarantee of performance in a real interview, and a job posting on the Platform is not a guarantee of employment. Similarly, employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment law.

4. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your CV, job postings, or question sets), but you grant us a licence to store and display that content as needed to operate the Platform — for example, sharing your CV with an employer you apply to, or showing your job posting on the Job Board.

5. Employer responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings, for complying with applicable labour and anti-discrimination laws, and for how they use candidate information obtained through the Platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including fraudulent job postings, fake applications, or abusive behaviour toward other users.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPS Global Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including hiring outcomes or interview results.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
