Pick a role and industry, and we generate a set of relevant interview questions. You answer by typing or speaking, and you get a score and feedback based on how well your answers follow the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

Your CV is only shared with employers you actually apply to. When you submit an application, your CV is sent directly to that employer and is not visible to anyone else.

Yes — Question Builder-style packs cover common roles, but the practice flow also works with whatever job title and industry you type in, even outside the pre-built packs.

Scoring is rule-based: we check for structure, specificity, and key elements of a strong answer (like a clear result or outcome). It's a guide to help you improve, not a substitute for real interview feedback.

Your practice sessions and scores are tied to your account and used to generate your reports and certificates. We don't share your practice answers with employers.

From your Dashboard, select "Post a Job." You'll fill in role details, compensation, and a formatted job description, then publish it to the Job Board.

Candidates apply directly through the platform by uploading their CV and an optional note. You'll see their application, CV, and contact details on your Applicants page, and (where configured) get an email notification.

Yes — Question Builder lets you create a fully custom question set for any role, or start from a pre-built pack and edit it.

Yes — create an assessment from your Dashboard and share the link with candidates. Their scores come back to you automatically.
