• Account information: name, email address, country, and account type (job seeker or employer).
• Profile information: a profile photo, and for employers, an organisation name.
• Practice data: mock interview questions, your typed or transcribed spoken answers, and the scores generated from them.
• Application data: if you apply to a job, we collect your CV and any note you include for the employer.
• Job and assessment data: if you are an employer, the job postings, question sets, and assessments you create.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account.
• To generate mock interview questions and feedback relevant to your target role.
• To connect job seekers with employers when an application is submitted.
• To send you account-related and, where applicable, application-related email notifications.
• To improve and maintain the Platform.

3. How your CV and application data is shared

When you apply to a job, your CV, name, email, and any note you provide are shared directly with the employer for that specific job. We do not sell or share your CV with any other third party. Practice session data (your mock interview answers and scores) is not shared with employers unless you explicitly choose to share it.

4. Where your data is stored

Your account, profile, and application data are stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. CVs submitted with job applications may also be sent by email directly to the relevant employer.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and application data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Platform's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including Nigeria's Data Protection Act.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored on the Platform.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
